(I wasn't paying attention because that dish ended up being a full entrée in itself: large chunks of delicious ham, potatoes, onions, red/green bell peppers, and a cheesy sauce. (I would have preferred a sit-down restaurant, but we didn't realize it wasn't full-service until after we got there.) Anyhows, with so many choices, I settled for a plain ol' sausage biscuit with a fried egg on it, no cheese, and a side of their potato dish that I thought was just potatoes, bell peppers and onions that were skillet-fried.
The menu contained many choices, and I had a hard time making up my mind at the counter where we placed our order. The folks there were friendly and welcoming. So when we seen 'biscuit' in the restaurant name, we parked the truck and raced inside.
Hubby and I were looking for something to eat.
